At IPC, we believe that volleyball is more than a sport. Our philosophy of "More Than Volleyball" reflects our commitment to developing young men not only as athletes, but also as individuals equipped with the skills, discipline and opportunities required to build meaningful futures.
Five members of the IPC Volleyball Club family are currently taking significant steps in their personal, educational and professional journeys.
John Kpofe
John Kpofe, an Outside Hitter, has been an important member of the IPC Volleyball Club setup and has demonstrated a strong commitment to both sport and education.
John has been on scholarship at the University of Cape Coast (UCC) for the past two years, an achievement that reflects his commitment to combining academic development with his volleyball career.
His latest opportunity is his transition into the Ghana Police Service. John is currently undergoing training as he begins this new chapter of his professional journey.
IPC is particularly proud that John's journey demonstrates that sporting talent can serve as a foundation for broader personal and professional development.
Eric Yaw Nutsugah
Eric Yaw Nutsugah, a Libero, is also currently undergoing training with the Ghana Police Service.
Known for his commitment and work ethic on the volleyball court, Eric now has the opportunity to develop himself further through professional training and service.
IPC Volleyball Club congratulates Eric on this important step and wishes him success throughout his training.
Jordan Vordzorgbe
Jordan Vordzorgbe, a Middle Player, is currently undergoing training with the Ghana Immigration Service.
Jordan's transition represents another example of an IPC player taking the discipline, commitment and teamwork developed through volleyball into a new professional environment.
The Club is proud of Jordan's progress and wishes him every success as he undertakes his training.
Linda Nukamewor
Linda Nukamewor is also currently undergoing training with the Ghana Immigration Service.
Her development represents another important milestone in the journey of an IPC player beyond competitive volleyball.
IPC Volleyball Club celebrates this opportunity and wishes Linda the very best as she begins this new chapter.
Andey Elvis
Andey Elvis has secured a scholarship opportunity to pursue further education in the United States at Cumberland University.
This opportunity represents a significant step in Andey's educational and personal development and reinforces the Club's belief that sport can open doors to opportunities beyond the volleyball court.
IPC is delighted to see Andey pursue this opportunity and wishes him every success in his studies and future endeavours.

These five journeys represent what IPC Volleyball Club means when we say "More Than Volleyball."
Our vision extends beyond winning matches and developing athletes. We want our players to leave the Club better prepared for life, with opportunities to pursue education, employment, professional development and personal growth.
The progress of John, Eric, Jordan, Linda and Andey is a source of pride for the entire IPC Volleyball Club family.
Their journeys also reinforce two important pillars of our broader vision: Empowerment and Employment.
For the players currently undergoing security service training, we encourage them to remain disciplined, focused and committed throughout their training.
