IPC Volleyball Club etched another memorable chapter in its history by defeating Ghana Air Force Volleyball Club for the first time in more than ten years in an unforgettable Greater Accra Volleyball Association League encounter.
Having taken an early two-set advantage with convincing 25–20 and 25–21 victories, IPC looked firmly in control before Air Force mounted a spirited comeback to level the contest by winning the third and fourth sets 25–17 and 25–14 respectively.
With the match finely balanced, both teams entered a tense deciding set that showcased determination, resilience and exceptional fighting spirit.
Backed by remarkable teamwork, composure under pressure and unwavering belief, IPC edged the decisive set 16–14 to complete a thrilling 3–2 victory.
The result represents far more than two league points. It marks the Club's first victory over Ghana Air Force Volleyball Club in more than a decade, making it one of the most significant wins in recent IPC history.
